An Important Message about COVID-19

We understand these are difficult times. Information about COVID-19 is changing on a regular basis as federal and state officials make recommendations or requirements. We are continually reassessing how our practice should respond to increased risks.

At this time Renew Medical Spa is temporarily closed. No services will be offered while the spa is closed. However, if you’d like to purchase skin care products or makeup that we have in stock, we will gladly take payment over the phone and arrange for your item(s) to be directly shipped to you.

Our spa staff members have been rescheduling approaching appointments. We are complying with the executive orders issued by Governor Kate Brown and canceling all treatments through June 15th. If the orders and recommended date is relaxed, we will contact patients to begin scheduling sooner. If you have not already been contacted by our staff regarding your upcoming appointment, we will be contacting you. Starting March 23, any phone calls made to Renew Medical Spa will be rolled to our phone operators, who will make sure that your questions, concerns, orders and scheduling needs get addressed by one of our staff members, who will call you back.

We know this is sudden and inconvenient. We’re hoping that our drastic measures, along with those happening within the greater community, will help to “flatten the curve” so that we may continue to partner with you on your personal journey of renewal. Once we determine whether or not it is in the public’s best interest to reopen, we will notify you when there are updates.
